Ingredients

    1.5 lbs sirloin beef
    2 large carrots
    1 white onion
    3 medium potatoes
    2 cups kidney beans
    McCormick Slow Cooker Seasoning

Directions

You can either use can kidney beans but if you are looking for less sodium dried kidney beans are a better bet. Begin by cooking the kidney beans on the stove for approximately an hour or until tender. While that is cooking take the beef a cut up into small one inch cubes or bite size. Proceed to cut up the carrots, onions, and potatoes. When the beans are ready place all these items in a slow cooker and mix the McCormick seasoning with 1 1/3 cup of water or enough water too cover all the ingredients. Than set the slow cooker and allow too cook at least four hours.
