Ingredients
-
33 Ore-Ida Potato Crowns (or 3 servings of tater tots)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup onion, chopped
4oz Kielbasa, pork and beef, cubed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Lay potatoes down in a single layer on the bottom of an 8"X8" baking pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese, the onions, and the cubed kielbasa over the top. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning.
In another bowl, mix the 2 eggs, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix into a thin batter, then pour over the top of the baking pan. Make sure it's evenly spread to the corners, then bake for 35-40 minutes.
When a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean, add the additional 1/2 cup of cheese and bake additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Cut into 4 equal slices - enjoy!
