I substituted parsley for cilantro, as my husband detests cilantro. Ourbestbites.com also called for chopped peanuts but we didn't have those, so they're not included here.

Ingredients

    Chef Meg's Chicken Stock, .5 serving (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Spices, Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce, Tuong Ot Sriracha (1t), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 5 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Barilla Linguine, 8 oz (remove)
    *Green Onions, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Parsley, .5 cup (remove)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Mix chicken broth, peanut butter, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a small pan and heat over medium-low, whisking until smooth. Remove from heat.

Toss noodles with sauce and separate into 4 bowls. Add green onions and parsley, then garnish each with a quarter lime.

Before eating, squeeze lime juice over noodles and stir to combine.
