Introduction

Ingredients

Flour, white, 3 tsps
5 tsps Oxo vegetable gravy
Chicken Breast, no skin, 600 grams
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Skimmed milk, 200 grams
Pepper, black, 2 dash
Curry powder, 3 tsps
Rice, Uncle bens white rice, 1 bag
Directions
Dice chicken and brown in a wok with half the onion finely chopped and the pepper.
In the meantime, prepare some gravy with 5 tsp of oxo vegetable granules and 350ml of boiling water and put the other half of the onion to cook in the gravy into a pot with the curry powder, the apple finely chopped, the skimmed milk and 3 tsp of flour.
As soon as the chicken is cooked, put it in the pot with the rest of the sauce and let it simmer for half an hour.
When the time has almost come for the curry sauce to be ready, boil 1 bag of Uncle Ben's rice and open it into the pan with the curry. Stir well to amalgamate it all, divide into 4 portions and serve!
