    3 cups greens (spinach and baby romaine)
    2-3 cups chopped raw veg: (here 1/2 cup each, red cabbage, red peppers, broccoli, kale, cukes)
    1 tbsp nuts (here 1/2 oz walnuts)
    1/2 cup chickpeas
    1 small apple, diced, peal on
    1/4 fat-free dressing- Green Onion / Miso is my favourite
