Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry,1/2 cup
    water 5 cups
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2/3 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 small sliced
    Apple, Gala (medium), I diced
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 3 Tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground,1/2 tsp
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced and chopped
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 2 Tbsp
    *Torani Sugar Free Carmel Syrup, 3 tbsp

Directions

Spray a crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients in crockpot - stir well. cook on low all night, 7-8 hours. Can be served with Almond Breeze.
