Number of Servings: 30


    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)
    Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz) (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Ripe & Mashed
    Carrots, raw, 6 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)Grated
    *Vanilla Essence 1Tbl, 1 serving (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 4 tsp (remove)
    *mixed spice, 1 tsp (remove)


Mix together the Flour, Salt, Baking Sodo, Spices, Sugar.
Add the Eggs, Oil and Evaporated Milk to the mix and stir well.
Mix the Vanilla with the Mashed Bananas and Grated Carrots, Add to the flour Mixture and mix well.
Pour into the prepared baking pans.
This made 3 x 7 inch baking pans cakes.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes Until Tooth Pick comes out clean.
Turn out onto cooling racks right out of the oven.
