Really good and healthy option to asian food. So delicious and fun for the family. I eat this at least once a week. You can vary the ingredients to make a mexican twist. Ingredients

4 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Large Yellow onion, chopped
1 Medium Yellow Pepper, chopped
1 Medium Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground turkey
Large Leaf Lettace, ex. butter or red
3 tbsp cilantro, minced
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper.
Directions
Heat a pan on medium high with sesame oil. Add chopped red and yellow peppers, onions and shredded carrots. Cook until soft and then add garlic. In another pan, brown ground turkey. Drain the fat when cooked. Add the cooked veggies to the turkey and mix in soy sauce, cilantro, salt and pepper. Spoon into lettace. For extra flavor add a little stir fry sauce on top of the wrap (not included in nutritional information)
