Introduction

Didn't know what to do with soybeans so I threw this together and it wasn't too bad. Didn't know what to do with soybeans so I threw this together and it wasn't too bad.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6.5 cups cooked soybeans
    1 540 ml can stewed tomatoes with seasoning (green pepper, celery and onion)
    398 ml can tomato sauce
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    basil and oregano to taste (I used about 2 Tbsp of each)
    Garlic powder (2 Tbsp) or fresh garlic (3 cloves)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, reduce to rolling simmer, and cook 35 minutes or longer to blend flavors.

Serve over brown rice and add a spinach salad and cooked vegetable for a complete meal.

Serving Size: makes about 10 1-cup servings
