Ingredients

    2 teaspoons dried onions -- minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed.
Store in airtight contained. Label the container, store in a cool dry place.
For best flavor use within 6 months.

Makes about 1 packet or tablespoons of Taco Seasoning Mix.
