Introduction

A great pumpkin treat for morning, noon or night. Tastes very similar to pumpkin pie. Love it in the fall. A great pumpkin treat for morning, noon or night. Tastes very similar to pumpkin pie. Love it in the fall.

Ingredients

    1/2 c Libby's Pumpkin Puree (not pie mix)
    2 scoops GNC Total Lean Vanilla Powder **
    1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    4oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
    Agave Syrup to taste
    Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
    Cinnamon to taste

    ** I didn't have anything else, it would also be fine with any powder of your choice. Maybe something lower in carbs/sugar.

Directions

I like to layer mine, Almond Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Protein Powder, Cottage Cheese and Spices. Blend til smooth. But you can do whatever order you would like. You could add a little ice if you want it colder.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 16oz glass (+/- it fills my reusable cup pretty well)
