Introduction

I must be yeast/candida free which is a challange. This western omelette tasted good and didn't miss the cheese. I must be yeast/candida free which is a challange. This western omelette tasted good and didn't miss the cheese.

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    0.5 cup diced extra lean ham (98%)
    0.5 cup diced onion
    0.5 cup diced green bell pepper

    3 thick slices of tomato
    1 tsp. of smart balance
    1 slice of whole wheat toast

Directions

saute gently (medium heat) with PAM, onions and green peppers until softened, then add ham until warm. Remove from pan and set aside.
Beat the eggs completely, then add to the pan, allow the bottom of the eggs to set, then add back in the vegetables and ham on half of the omelette and cover the mixture with the other half of the omelette and let it set.
