Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 units
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Beans, pinto, 1 cup
Beans, white, 1 cup
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving/1 can with juices
Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 7 oz/1 can
Cumin seed, .5 tsp
Onion powder, .5 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Dried Red Pepper Flakes, 2-3 dashes
Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving/1 box
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts on bottom of pot.
Pour in water.
Drain and add both pinto & white beans over chicken and water.
Season with onion powder, cumin and black pepper.
Add Ortega diced green chiles with juices.
Add tomatoes with juices.
Sprinkle 2-3 dashes of red pepper flakes over the lot.
Cover and set on Low.
About 45 minutes prior to serving, break up chicken pieces into smaller chunks and add/stir in the Penne pasta to the pot. Add additional water if it has dried enough that the pasta won't get re-hydrated. Cover once more and watch/stir occasionally as needed to keep the pasta from sticking/burning.
