    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
    8 oz. lite cream cheese
    2 packets splenda
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Soften cream cheese. Stir together all ingredients and refrigerate to let flavors blend.
