Ingredients

    *Rice Crispies, 1 cup
    *Kellog's Special K Protein Plus Cereal, 1 cup
    F-Factor Hight Fiber Skinnys, 1 cup
    Oats, 1 cup
    *byrd mill light peanut flour (12% fat), 0.25 cup
    *Coconut Shredded, 1/4 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash
    *Show Me the Whey, 2 scoops

    Honey, .25 cup
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 4 tbsp

Directions

Crush cereal an oats lightly. Add syrup and peanut flour with 1/4 cup water. Stir and add everything else. Bake in a greased pan at 375 for 25 min.
