Ingredients

1 Box Cake Mix - any flavor
1 can diet soda
1 tsp baking powder
FROSTING
1 sm box Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix
1 1/4 c skim milk
4 oz Sugar Free Cool Whip
1/2 oz Nut Topping
Directions
Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray and dust with flour, set aside. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly until mixture thickens and become fluffy. Transfer batter into prepared baking pan and bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before frosting (not included) and slicing into 24 pieces.
Frosting
Mix pudding mix with skim milk beating until thickens. Let pudding set 5 minutes then gently whisk in cool whip to create creamy frosting. Frost cool cake, sprinkle with Nut Topping and serve or refrigerate to serve later.
