    .75 cup turbinado
    .5 cup butter
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp vinegar
    .5 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    .5 cup silk light vanilla soymilk
    1 tbsp ginger
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp baking powder

Directions

combine ingredients, divide into twenty cupcake cups, bake for 15 minutes at 350 or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
