Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin or bone, 6 ounces
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 ounce
Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked
Jack Daniel's Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Stubb's Liquid Smoke, 1 serving

Directions

Marinate chicken breast in Liquid Smoke for 30 to 60 minutes in refrigerator. Cook chicken breast, you can grill, bake or pan fry. I grill chicken on George Foreman Grill for 5 minutes then turn and grill 4 minutes more. While chicken is cooking, cook bacon. I cook bacon in the microwave for 4 minutes. Place cooked chicken in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread bar-b-que sauce on top of chicken, top with cooked bacon and sliced cheeses. Bake in preheated oven, 375 degrees, until cheese is melted.
