Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups baby carrots
    1/2 red onion wedged
    1 sweet potato sliced into wedges
    3 Tbl Olive oil
    salt, to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

combine all ingredients and roast in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes turning once
