Number of Servings: 4

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices Provolone cheese
4 thin slices ham ( I use the deli ham)
    ¼ cup flour
    1 egg beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    4 tablespoons butter

Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness. ( I do this by placing breasts in between pieces of wax paper) Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper, salt only if wanted. Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on each breast. Roll up each breast using toothpicks to secure. Dredge each in flour, shake off excess, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs. Place seam side down in baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each piece of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

    Very Good
This recipe is perfect for those who have to eat a lot of calories, it may not be what some people consider healthy just because they can't eat it. Some people need to stop criticizing a recipe just because they can't plan ahead to make room for this in their meal plans. - 2/2/13

This is YUMMY! My 19 yr old son loved it! I will definitely make it again, but I'm not sure how healthy it is? I served it with brown rice and steamed brocolli. - 6/20/11
