These are a little on the sweet side and calories dense due to the seeds. Makes 24 balls each coming in at 92 calories opposed to 6 bars at 329 calories per bar. Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
2 cups chopped apple
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup dried apricots, quartered
3 tsp pumpkin spice mix
Directions

Grind pumpkin seeds in food processor to fine pieces. Remove and place in a large mixing bowl.
Chop apple in food processor in to fine pieces.
Grind remaining ingredients until a ball stats to form.
I make them into balls! The calorie count is based on making theses into balls as they are high in calories as bars plus extremely sweet. Smaller is better than eating a whole bar.
OR
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper or on your dehydrator rack. Spread mixture into pan to desired thickness. Dehydrate 118 for 6-8 hours.
OR
You can just refrigerate and eat as is! They will fall apart easily or soften the longer they are out of the refrigerator.
