Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz) Libby's Pumpkin
    1 can (12 oz) Carnation Lowfat 2% Evaporated Milk
    1/4 Egg Beaters Egg Substitute
    1 whole egg, large
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground allspice
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 full crackers)

Directions

Combine the pumpkin, milk, egg substitute, egg and Splenda in bowl: beat until smooth. Add spices and salt: mix well. Sir in graham cracker crumbs; pour into 9" pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes, until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
