This recipe I copied from the E2 Engine Diet book. Its for those who eat plant-based foods or just plain good old healthy dessert. Ingredients

    *Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 2/3 cup
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    *Almond Breeze Almond Milk, 2/3 cup
    *100% Pure Maple Syrup - Archer Farms Organic, .2 !/2 Tbls
    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup

Directions

mix dry ingredients separate to wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and stir well with a spoon. This is a very moist mixture. Pour in 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake in 350 oven for 45 mins.

    Super simple not too sweet. Especially good served warm with your favorite ice cream! Mine is sugar-free and made with coconut milk:) - 2/6/13
