Ingredients

    1 c soaked cashews (soak 4-6 hrs), rinsed
    1/2 c packed pumpkin puree
    1/2 c white beans, rinsed and drained
    6 TBSP lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp gigner
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp allspice (optional)
    pinch salt
    1 TBSP sugar
    1 pk stevia

Directions

Soak nuts for 4 - 6 hrs. Discard water.

Add all ingredients to a blend or food processor. Blend until silky smooth.

Refridgerate.
