-
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1.5 or 2 tablespoon of salt
1.5 tablespoon of baking soda
3 table spoons of canola oil
12 to 13 oz of warm water

Directions
mix all the dry ingredients in the stand mixer ADD the oil and turn on mixer on LOW until is incorporated (1 min). add SLOWLY warm water while still mixing in low and when you think is ok to turn speed up to medium do it :) and then to HIGH
You will have to hold your mixer so it doesnt move, dough is heavy and takes about 5 to 8 min to mix. depending on your mixer.
Divide your dough in 4 and each in 10 so you have the 40 tortillas and the calories are exact. SPRAY the balls with cooking spray so they dont dry or crack, cover with towel.
let set about 20 min so the dough softens a little.
press the tortillas as you do normal with a press or rodillo
Heat up a comal or skillet for about 5 min then add a tortilla and cook until brown spots showed .. about 10 to 15 seconds ... turn ... same thing ... pile them up and cover with a towel. keep them in a bag so they are fresh and dont dry.
