Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 1/2c flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 c pumpkin- I added a little more
    1/3 c applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/4 c sugar
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

    topping if wanted
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp cinammon

Directions

mix all wet ingredients together then slowly add flour and baking powder. Can add cinnamon and sugar mixture as topping if wanted. Cook at 350 for 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 9 muffins
