Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    One 2.5 pound package Jennie O Ground Turkey Breast
    approx 10 tablespoons Pace Chunky Salsa
    One cup Oats
    2 Large Eggs
    seasoning as desired.
    additional 4 tb Pace Chunky Salsa

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for 4 tablespoons salsa. Add seasoning of your choice such as garlic powder, onion soup mix etc. (not in nutritional calculations).
Shape into a long loaf. Place on a foil lined baking pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven about one hour or until done.
Baste top with the additional 4 tb of salsa during final 15 minutes of baking.
