Ingredients

    Pork butt
    1 bottle of Jack Daniel original bbq sauce
    1 bottle of heiniken or your favorite beer
    1 jar of bbq pork rub or make your own

Directions

Rub pork bbq rub over roast. Place in crockpot on low for 10-12hrs or under roast falls apart and bone is easily removed. Remove roast from crock pot and pull apart or chop. In the crockpot combine 1/2 bottle of beer with 1 bottle of bbq sauce and stir. Add pork back to the pot and cook on low for another 30 minutes. Serve alone or on buns.
