Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 Cups cooked black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1/4 cup cooked beet (optional)
    5 tsp stevia
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 T. olive oil
    6 T baking cocoa powder
    2 lg eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Place first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and blend well.
Add eggs and blend/mix for 30 sec.
Place mixture in greased 8X8 baking pan and bake for 30 min.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in an 8X8 pan.

Serving Size: Makes 9 2.5X2.5 inch pieces
