This is actually the recipe off the bag minus a few things and Splenda used instead of sugar.
**Adding 1 tsp of Coconut extract add a rich flavor to the cookie.

Ingredients

    Let butter soften at room temperature prior to starting.
    Pre Heat Oven to 375
    Combine together in a seperate bowl; flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    Beat butter, brown sugar, splenda, vanilla extract, coconut extract (optional), in a large bowl till creamy.
    Beat in the egg. Gradually add in the flour mixture and beat until all dry ingredients are combined.
    Stir in 1 bag of Nestle White Chocolate Chips.

    Drop cookies onto a non stick cookie sheet.

Directions

Bake cookies at 375 for 9-11mins. Until just golden brown on the edges. Let cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.

Serving Size: Usually makes anywhere between 24-30 cookies
