Ingredients

    1 cup cubed cooked chicken
    1 cup coleslaw mix
    1 celery rib, chopped
    3 tbsp fat free ranch dressing
    4 1/2 tbsp skim milk
    4 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp brown sugar
    dash celery salt
    dash paprika, optional

Directions

Combine chicken, coleslaw mix, celery, and egg in bowl. In another bowl, combine the salad dressing, milk, lemon juice, brown sugar, and celery salt. Pour liquid over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 2 servings, approximately 1 cup each.
