Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cottage cheese (non-fat or 1%)
    1/2 cup milk (skim or 1%)
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 packets splenda
    5 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Enjoy!
