    1/2 c. heaping pumpkin
    1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/8 c. walnut pieces
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1/8 tsp heaping pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
