Introduction

Low fat, quick and easy to make and my little girl loves these.
You can swap the rasins for choc chips, fudge pieces or smarties, or use chocolate syrup or ground ginger.
The original recipe was 2 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg and corn syrup instead of golden syrup but I couldn't get hold of that locally
I always make a big batch and freeze most of them to stop me eating to many
