Ingredients

    3/4 cup - Instant White Rice
    2 cups - Instant Brown Rice
    2- Chicken Breast (Diced)
    1/4 cup - Peas (canned)
    8 - Eggs (Scrambled)
    1/2 cup - Onion (Chopped)
    2tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2-4tbsp - Soy Sauce

Directions

Cut all the chicken into diced pieces and set aside. Chop onions as well and set aside.
Take the chicken and put it into a pan to cook it. While the chicken is cooking make sure to stir it constantly so that it doesn't burn or stick to the pan. While the chicken is cooking you can also cooking the eggs and make them scrambled. Also put the rice on to cook and when done set aside until you are ready to use it.
When the chicken is all done put it into another pan with the oilive oil then add the rice, peas, eggs, onions and soy sauce stirring constantly until everything is hot and cooked all the way through. Then remove from heat and serve.
