Ingredients

1 tsp Salt
2 large Onions, raw
6 tsp Beef Bovril
550 grams Ground beef, lean
4 serving RICE Aura Organic Brown Basmati Rice 1/4 dry 3/4 cooked
1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
1 tbsp celery seed
Directions
Combine beef, rice, cabbage, onion, celery and celery salt in large bowl. (Or mix in the casserole dish if you don't want to dirty a bowl!) Transfer to casserole dish.
Combine water and beef bouillon, pour over casserole.
Cook, uncovered, in 350 F over for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until rice is fully cooked and liquid is absorbed. Stir halfway if browning too much.
Makes about 12 cups, which serves 4 -6 depending on whether its the main or the side.
