Ingredients

    3 - small yellow squash
    1 - medium zucchini
    1 - medium red onion
    1/2 - red bell pepper
    1/2 - green bell pepper
    1/2 - yellow bell pepper
    1/2 - orange bell pepper
    1 - pat salted butter
    1/4 - tbsp. olive oil
    Lawrys seasoning salt

Directions

Wash & chop vegetables. Melt butter & olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add vegetables & sprinkle generously with Lawry's seasoning salt.
