    ! - 40 oz can of Sweet Potatoes
    1 - 30 oz can of Pumpkin Pie Mix
    2 cups non fat milk
    3 Tbs of salted butter
    1 tsp garlic power or to taste
    1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt


Mash sweet potatoes and mix all ingredients together. I use the pumpkin pie mix because it has the seasonings in it. I cook in a crock pot so it will usually cook on low for 1-2 hours! Serving size is approximately 1 cup!
