Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Rissotto or pudding or short grain rice (200g)
    Water 400ml
    2 crushed Garlic
    1 finely chopped onion
    lean back bacon with all fat removed
    300ml of Goats milk as it is even lower in fat that non-fat
    1.5 medium ripe tomato
    1.5 teaspoon of butter or low fat margerine

Directions

Fry Onion, add chopped bacon (remove fat). Add rice, Milk and crusshed garlic, then add stock cube and water and let it cook but keep stiring

Serving Size: makes 3 bowls of rice (enough for 3 or 2 larger portion)
