Introduction

made with greek yogurt... NO BUTTER.. amazingly good made with greek yogurt... NO BUTTER.. amazingly good
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    1-1/2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    3/4 c. Chobani Greek plain greek yogurt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 T. orange zest
    1-1/2 c. fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. walnuts

Directions

combine sugar & yogurt...add egg, mix until smooth. Stir in orange juice.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda & salt. sift. Stir into wet ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in orange zest, cranberries & walnuts.

Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with non-stick spray. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool, wrap in plastic and foil. BEST 2nd day!!!
