Ingredients

    1 24 oz can tomato juice
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 shake of sea salt
    4 cups of each:
    tomatoes
    chopped bell ppper
    chopped onions
    shredded cabbage
    sliced celery
    sliced carrots
    sliced zucchini
    silliced mushrooms
    bean sprouts

Directions

Bring juice to a boil and add all the vegetables. Cover and cook at a lowe heat. Simmer until begetables are cooked but crisp.
