    Mix
    1/2 Cup light mayonaise
    1/2 reduced fat sour cream
    3 Tbso. Mango Chutney
    2 tsp Curry Powder
    4 grilled or Smoked Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
    3 Medium Scallions, minced
    2 Stalks Celery thinly, sliced
    1/2 cup coarsed chopped cashews
    1/3 cup golden raisins

    Salt/Pepper to taste

    Mix all together and serve.
