This recipe was shared with me, for days when I don't feel like cooking anything, by a caregiver from El Salvador and is quite good. Ingredients

4 Tbsp Whole Grain Oats
4 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Cold Water (Ice cubes may be substituted for all or part)
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender container and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour into glass and drink immediately as consistency will thicken to that of cooked oatmeal in a short time.
