    6 ice cubes
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    2 Tbs. sugar free vanilla or butterscotch pudding
    1/3 c. canned pumpkin
    Cinnamon (for added flavor)
    Nutmeg (for added flavor)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender with 6 ice cubes
