Introduction

I have been very particular about my taco seasoning. So going gluten free really threw me for a loop as my favorite seasoning used flour. I was so wonderfully surprised and pleased when I first tried this seasoning mixture. It is awesome. I like mine a bit spicy, so lower the chili powder and crushed red peppers by about 1/2-1 tsp each to make it more family/guest friendly. I have been very particular about my taco seasoning.
