Ingredients

1 pita bread,white
1 tbs. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Crazy Jane's Mixed Up Salt
3 cups fresh spinach
1 small red tomato, diced
1 oz. Feta Cheese (about 2 tbs. You can add more if you want)
1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (you can add more if you want)
1 oz. kalamata olives, pitted (optional)
sliced chicken (optional, not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Wash your hands. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread olive oil over the pita, then top with spinach, tomatoes, cheeses, olives, and chicken.
Place directly on oven rack, and bake for 10-12 min. until crust is brown and cheeses are completely melted. Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 1 6 1/2 in. pizza
