Ingredients

20 Reduced Fat Wheat Thin Crackers
3 Duck Eggs
46 oz bottle of V8 juice
8 Large Green Peppers
1 Lb Turkey Bacon
1 Lb Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Large Yellow Pepper
1 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms
Directions
Wash and core the 8 Green Peppers
Cook the Turkey bacon according to the package.
Add the following to the food processor:
Red Peppers
Yellow Peppers
Mushrooms
Turkey Bacon
In a bowl:
Peel the casing off of the sausage and then add
Add the processor mixture above
Add the 3 eggs
Stuff the peppers
Place into the crockpot and pour the V8 juice over the peppers.
Turn the crockpot on high for 4 hours (if cooking during the day) 8 hours on low (if you cooking over night)
*If you would like to add a fat free cheese on top of these you can but I don't think it's needed.
