Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16 oz. can Bush Homestyle Baked Beans
    1 large onion
    1 package taco seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    1 lbs. chopped sirloin
    1 package Jiffy corn bread mix (follow package directions)
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown chopped sirloin with chopped onion. Add beans, taco seasoning and water. Simmer to low boil. Pour into cassarole dish. Make Jiffy Cornbread mix as directed on package and add shredded cheese (might need a little more milk so batter is not too stiff. Pour over meat mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees. Cornbread topping should be golden brown and knife should come out clean.
