Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna one solid and the other chunks light
    4 tbs of mayo
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 carrot grated
    3 stalks celery chopped
    1 handful of flat parsley chopped
    1 handful of picked banana peppers
    juice from 1 lemon

Directions

chop and grate all veggies, add tuna, pour lemon on top, add mayo, salt pepper to taste and mix .

Serving Size: 4 bowls
