Ingredients

    shrimp 3.5 oz
    broccoli 1 stalk
    fresh red pepper slices .5 pepper
    sliced mushrooms .5 cup
    pineapple pieces 1 slice chopped
    white rice .5 cup
    teriyaki sauce glaze 2 - 3 tblsp
    cajun spice 2 tsp
    1 tsp canola oil

Directions

heat wok or frying pan with 1 tsp oil, stir fry all ingredients except rice. cook rice as directed on box. stir into stir fry mixture; add teriyaki glaze and cajun seasonings.
serve.
